Nothing in the report is secret. It sits in procurement portals, regulatory databases, Companies House filings, clinical registers, tender awards and board papers, roughly a hundred separate public signals, and every one of them is available to anyone who knows where to look and has two weeks to spare. You don't.
Each source on its own says almost nothing. Read together, in order, they show you which three things in your market are about to matter and which are noise. Every claim carries the name of the source it came from and the date it was published. Where the record is silent, the report says so. No estimates dressed as findings. You can check any line of it against the source printed beside it.
